A access spreadsheet containing tables of information about detector ids, ramp ids, etc. used in ODOT
loop detector data. This also includes latitude and longitude information for ramps and highway segments
associated with each station. These tables are current as of April 2004, and if updates are needed you may get them from Jack Marchant at ODOT TMOC.
